Joanna RN, BSN, RYT200, Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, truly believes "A cheerful heart has a continual feast." As a lifelong runner and healthy lifestyle advocate, she was drawn to yoga for the flexibility, balance, and strength it provides. Yoga also eliminated her chronic neck pain. As her practice grew, she developed a deeper appreciation for the overall wellbeing yoga brings. As a Registered nurse with Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, she appreciates the medical benefits of yoga, she believes the benefits of yoga contribute to and promote relaxation, memory and focus, and longevity. She enjoys teaching and seeks to make yoga accessible to all bodies and levels. As an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, she seeks to help people identify, develop, and progress toward their personal wellness goals. She recognizes the bio-individuality of each person and seeks to assist ach one on their journey toward greater health and self-discovery.
