Hey there! I'm Sam, the owner of Samadhi Studio. I am a RYT-200, life coach, and Reiki II practitioner. I'm also a personal development junkie if I'm being honest. I guide my clients back into alignment body, mind, and soul. I have a gentle approach to movement and love to bring in aspects of all of my trainings. I do things holistically, keeping the whole person in mind. I currently offer gentle flow , yoga nidra, and Reiki sessions
