I've been practicing massage since 2008. I enjoy continuing education and adding to my skill set. My prices are based on time, so you can customize the modalities used depending on your outcome goals and how you are feeling the day of the appointment. Maybe you'd like to try something new? I have training or certifications in acupressure, trigger point, deep tissue, Swedish, Thai, reiki, myofascial release, active and passive stretching, as well as detailed medical massage for neck pain and injuries. I feel that finding a deep state of relaxation is extremely healing, so all of my sessions include at least some time with feel good/relaxation massage, even when treating acute injuries. If you have questions about any modality, please ask. If it's not in my scope, I may be able to recommend another great practitioner!
