Randy Ganoung  is a graduate of Chico Therapy and Wellness Center in Chico Ca. Randy is Certified by the State of California and is member of ABMP Massage association. Randy's massage styles range from stress reduction relaxation massage to sports massage. Randy specializes in Myofascial Release, The John F. Barnes approach, which consists of holding sustained pressure into the body/connective tissue for periods of time for up to 7 min. This time element allows for deep releases in the body creating space and healing results that last. Randy enjoys working with people, and he is particularly excited to help you achieve your health goals. In his spare time, Randy enjoys his time outdoors doing activities such as hiking, running, camping, and water sports and spending time with his daughter.

Sandra Kenyon is a graduate of Healing Hands School of Holistic Health in San Diego, Ca. She graduated in 2010. Sandra has a 1000 hours of massage techniques under her belt. Sandra specializes in Trigger Point Therapy, Deep Tissue Manipulation, and Craniosacral Techniques. Sandra likes working on athletes and older adults.
