A 1999 graduate of the Finger Lakes School of Massage, my massage is grounded in Swedish technique, incorporating connective tissue and neuromuscular therapies. I am attentive to pressure preferences, and tend towards a cooperative approach when working deeply. I enjoy working with folx across age and gender. I am motivated by an intention for all of us to be more comfortable in our own bodies.
