Ashley began her Yoga journey in 2013, initially drawn to yoga as a way to improve flexibility. Not long after she first stepped on her mat she discovered the practice of Ashtanga Yoga. The practice has had a profound impact on her life and she is very fortunate to be able to share the practice with others. Ashley's background in physical therapy and yoga therapy reflect in her approach to the practice. In 2020 she completed the Ashtanga Yoga teacher mentorship program with Authorized Teacher Taylor Hunt.
