Heather Emmons
Heather Emmons is the owner of Sunflower Healing Studios. She is a trauma informed E-200 Registered Yoga Teacher, Reiki Master, LMT, WFPB Nutrition Counselor, and Stress Reduction Specialist. She has studied plant medicine in Central America, leads Cacao Ceremonies, Sound Journeys, and Healing Circles. She is passionate about helping those struggling with PTSD, C-PTSD, and those in recovery from substance abuse.
