Dr. Hisghman, NCCAOM Diplomate in Acupuncture, is trained in traditional Chinese medicine, traditional Japanese medicine, tuina, zen shiatsu, herbal medicine, and auricular medicine. She brings more than 20 years of clinical experience in both university and private settings. Dr. Hisghman was an NIH fellow and completed her doctorate at the University of Virginia in research methodologies.
