As a lifelong athlete and fitness professional, Jill has immense respect for, and extensive knowledge of, how the body moves, feels and heals. For over 30 years, she has been a professional fitness trainer and has coached and trained private clients from all walks of life to move their bodies with ease and strength. While Jill has witnessed great strengths and goals achieved, she has also witnessed the breaking down of bodies due to life stress, over working and difficulty resting and recuperating. After way too many suggestions for clients to get routine massage and practice self-care, she decided to make a shift and completed an advanced Clinical Massage therapy program at The Soma Institute in Chicago. Clinical massage therapy means that Jill treats specific soft tissue conditions as well as provides relaxation for the nervous system. Jill feels great honor and responsibility in providing bodywork. She pays attention and is meticulous. You may trust that your wishes and needs will be met.
