Tammy is a certified Master Reiki Practitioner & Teacher, a Jikiden Okuden practitioner, an IET (Integrated Energy), a Meditation & Holistic Wellness Coach, Animal Reiki & an Intuitive. Tammy works with hands on & long distance Reiki, IET, Sound Healing & mindful breath meditation relaxation to help clients with depression, stress & anxiety reduction, mental & emotional balancing, muscle injuries & post cancer treatments. She hosts a variety of wellness & spiritual classes & teaches/certifies Reiki & Meditation practitioners. Tammy creates unique therapeutic essential oil blends for various therapies. She has instructed meditation classes at Russell Sage, HVCC, VCHC & Mollie Wilmont Oncology. Tammy volunteers Reiki at VCHC, Mollie Wilmont Saratoga Oncology & previously at the Saratoga Senior Citizens Center. She is a firm believer that each day should begin with positive thoughts & intentions, setting your balance & alignment before you start each day.
