Michelle Noble
Michelle Noble

I graduated from Madison College in May 2018 where I received certification in Swedish based massage techniques. I also combine myofascial release, trigger point therapy, craniosacral and ROM techniques as necessary based on individual needs. I tend to work slowly and deliberately, moving at a pace that allows the body time to respond and direct what techniques and amount of pressure will be most appropriate and effective. In my experience I have treated neck, low back, and shoulder pain, headaches/migrains, sciatica, tmj, fibromyalgia, plantar fasciitis, frozen shoulder and various kinds of tendinopathies. I always strive to ensure a very attentive and thorough massage, so nothing is left feeling neglected and primary concerns are given enough focused time and attention. Outside of work you can find me...outside! I have a dog named Harlow and in the Summer we love to go swimming. Some of my hobbies include creating art, cooking and learning new languages :)
