I’m Shelley Epling Embrey, a master hair designer/stylist who has been in the professional cosmetic arts industry since 1986. I specialize in highlights, color, services such as permanent waves and smoothing treatments and haircutting to complement your face shape and special features. I am dedicated to keeping up to date with ever-changing hair designs. After training, I then adapt those new techniques and apply them to real life ‘hair’ situations. I am capable of communicating with you, the client, to understand what you desire for your hairstyle and then, within those parameters, recommend changes when needed. I encourage open discussion about your hair decisions. I believe photos are a perfect tool to help illustrate your desired look.
