Hey, I'm coach Zay. I've been lifting and working out since I was 12 years old which has led me to becoming an undergrad at University of Pittsburgh with a major in Exercise Science (Hail to Pitt!). Due to my years of experience and love of fitness I've already earned multiple fitness related certifications prior to graduating high school! Which goes to show you can do anything if you put your mind to it. My main focus is weightlifting as its a great supplement to all kinds of sports and forms of training.
