I've always had a passion for helping people grow into the version of themselves they've always envisioned. I believe that no problem is too big or too small to be explored and worked through in therapy. True healing and growth begin when we take time to truly listen to ourselves—our thoughts, our emotions, and our behaviors—and commit to making intentional, lasting changes. While progress doesn't happen overnight, I firmly believe that with the right support and guidance, transformation is possible. I have worked with clients across the lifespan—from children to older adults—with a special focus on minority populations, and I am willing to treat a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, stress, behavioral issues, and other mental health disorders. My goal is to help each person process their feelings, learn healthy coping mechanisms, and walk beside them as they take meaningful steps toward becoming stronger, healthier versions of themselves. I strive to create a safe and nonjudgmental space where you can feel supported and challenged in a healthy way. Together, we will explore what’s holding you back, identify your strengths, and work toward your goals at a pace that feels right for you. My approach to therapy integrates person-centered techniques, cognitive behavioral strategies, and motivational interviewing to address ambivalence and support individuals in achieving their goals. I look forward to partnering with you as you move toward a more stable, fulfilling, and empowered life, rooted in continued commitment to your mental and emotional well-being.
