She earned her Naturopathic degree from Bastyr University in 2013, and has studied self-development and intuitive healing processes for over 15 years. She is passionate about food as medicine and loves to support people in healing through diet, as well as utilizing vitamins, supplements, lifestyle suggestions, and prescriptions as needed. She listens deeply and considers herself to be a health and life detective, helping the people she works with to discover hidden links to manifesting their optimal health and life goals.
