I have been practicing yoga since 2000. In 2006, I became a yoga instructor. I love the nourishment yoga provides. My credentials are sparked by a need to know more. In 2010, I became a licensed massage therapist, which led me to a study of the function, anatomy, and importance of structural alignment. During my process, Pilates has pleasantly surprised me with its swift results. Thank you Pilates. My session are layered with an artful appreciation of the natural world, the phases of the moon, the seasons, and health coaching tools. We will proceed with a meditative awareness rooted in functional movement. It is my mission to offer my life's work of weaving ancient, current & proven therapies to #balance our modern lives. I love nature walks, matcha, watercolor paints, frugal self care, and being a mom (my favorite thing)."
