Being a yoga teacher for 28 years and a massage therapist for over 20 years has given me a lot of experience in therapeutic massage therapy, CranioSacral Therapy, Structural Energetic Therapy (basics). Reiki and training in Visceral Manipulation through the Barral Institute. I am a member of the American Massage Therapy Association-The Tampa Bay Chapter and the Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals. I blend my years of health care experience, my yoga background, my therapeutic massage knowledge and my healing sound therapy/energy practice to offer customized session to my clients.
