Whitney (she/her) works at SAP Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday mornings. Many years working in the grueling, yet rewarding, food service industry created the aches and pains that initially led me to acupuncture. With school completed, I worried about what my practice would look like and whether I would actually make it as an acupuncturist. I was thrilled and relieved to learn about Community Acupuncture, and I have never practiced professionally any other way! When not in the clinic I read and hike and laugh and spend time with my two wise and amazing boys.

Lan
Lan

Lan (he/him) works at SAP Tuesday and Friday afternoons and Saturday and Sunday Mornings. Lan Wang graduated from the Acupuncture & Integrative Medicine College (AIMC), Berkeley, summa cum laude. Prior to his studies at AIMC, he earned his BA from the University of California, Irvine, and JD from UC Hastings College of Law. His approach to acupuncture is inspired by mindfulness meditation, wisdom, and modern science. His intention is to offer healing that honors individual diversity with an awareness of the whole which can be seen as community.

Marlee

Marlee (she/her) was born and raised in Asheville, NC where she went to UNCA and received her BS in Health and Wellness. After completing undergrad school in 2018, she drove across the country to Sacramento, CA and has been here ever since. After 4 years of commuting from Sacramento to Berkeley and vice versa, Marlee graduated from the Acupuncture & Integrative Medicine College (AIMC), Berkeley in December 2022, magna cum laude. Marlee is passionate about being able to use acupuncture as an affordable and accessible modality for the people. Thus, she is filled with so much joy and gratitude to be able to provide care at SAP. She is a brand new mama to a baby boy. Her personal hobbies consist of ceramics/pottery, roller skating, dancing, hiking and playing with her pups Louie and Onyx, and anything to do with water (swimming, surfing, snorkeling, floating, etc)”.
