During a New Patient Appointment, you'll benefit from healthy lifestyle education, body mass analysis, one on one consultation, medical assessment, an order for lab work, and a written prescription for an appetite suppressant, if necessary. Medication is not dispensed at this location.

New Patient Visits last about 1 hour and a half during which time you'll benefit from healthy lifestyle education, a body mass analysis, one on one consultation, physician prescribed appetite suppressants, and lab work.

Established Patient Appointment: Reservoir/Brandon Location

Make an appointment for a followup with Dr. Jeff Hubacek for a prescription refill, if necessary. Dr. Hubacek will review your previous success and assist you with planning for your continued progress.
