Throughout the 20+ years, I have been in practice, it has been my mission to offer a dynamic, holistic approach to healing. Education is key, it is important for me to continuously expand my knowledge so that I can better serve my clients. I personally have experienced physical and emotional growth through the utilization of the techniques I have studied, and have used this evolution for the betterment of my clients. As a yoga teacher, massage therapist, movement specialist, and breath coach, I have over 3500 hours of education and over two decades of experience in assisting my clients to move well, breathe well, and feel well. My approach to movement, strength training, and breath-work helps my clients remain or regain their desired activity levels to keep doing the things that bring them joy.
