Ready Set GROW around town! 

I'm a Portland transplant having moved here in 2009 and met my husband. In 2013, I became a 200hr Yoga Alliance certified Yoga Teacher and we moved to San Cristobal de Las Casas, Chiapas Mexico. It was there, that I began teaching vinyasa and prenatal yoga and became pregnant with our son, Julian who was born in 2014. I completed my 85hr Prenatal Yoga certification in the summer of 2015. Our family moved back to Portland in July 2016. I'm also a winemaker by trade and a small wine label called Gonzales Wine Company.
