Dr. Colwell received her medical degree from the University of Queensland in Australia and went on to complete her residency training at the Family Medicine Residency of Idaho. Jessica has added medical aesthetics to her portfolio and will be providing Botox & Fillers at Rayne Aesthetics by appointment.

Kate Ballou

ARNP Kate Ballou was born and raised in Central Nebraska. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Psychology at the University of Nebraska at Kearney and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. She worked as a RN for six years in Medical Psychiatry and Internal Medicine in Rochester, MN. Kate went on to pursue her Master’s Degree at Concordia University in Wisconsin where she obtained her certification in Family Medicine. Kate has added medical aesthetics to her portfolio. She will be providing Botox & Fillers at Rayne Aesthetics.
