I have been a massage therapist for over 10 years. I am also a Certified Exercise Physiologist and a graduate of the Nutrition and Exercise Science program at Bastyr University. During my massage career I have worked with occupational and physical therapists, chiropractors, acupuncturists, osteopaths, and naturopaths. I have specialized in helping with temporomandibular joint (TMJ) dysfunction, headaches, ringing in the ears, chronic pain, digestive problems, disturbed sleep cycles, calming the nervous system, food education to support a healthy lifestyle, and mobility exercises to help support activities of daily living. My partner, Josh, and I have started a farm! Revitalize Wellness Farm is located out in the Snoqualmie Valley. We will be growing herbs for the products sold in the Revitalize Wellness Boutique and produce to be sold in a couple different places.
