As their confidence grows they are more willing to explore new things. The practice of yoga changed me, it was the vehicle that brought about greater awareness that allowed for choices instead of reaction. It healed my physical body, as well as my mind and spirit. But the most amazing thing is that it still does. My yoga journey has helped me through so many things; career changes, the loss of beloved family, spinal fusion, and raising 3 teen sons (just to name a few).
