I am the therapist and owner here at Rooted Hands wellness. I have been practicing massage for 9+ years and I am eager coming into work each day. I know that as a client it can be difficult finding an LMT who fully listens to your needs and meets your expectations, I am here to change the game! In each of my sessions I curate a massage that is focused on my clients areas of discomfort/concern with the right amount of pressure desired. As a long time therapist I am able to easily read and connect with the body while letting my hands guide the way. Whether you have acute or chronic pain or if you're someone simply needing a restorative massage I can assure you that you will find relief in my work.
