Moon Soul Studio - I am passionate about empowering people to know their worth, tap into their power & channel it to live authentically. I decided to pursue becoming a yoga teacher because I love yoga so much, but I wasn't comfortable going to studios, I felt like I didn't fit in and I personally wanted a deeper practice. Much of my own practice has been done at home. So, I decided that I wanted to create the space I was longing for, for other people who might feel the same way. My hope is to provide a safe space that is truly all inclusive, where you can show up on your mat exactly as you are now and know that it is enough, that you belong and are welcome. To give a good foundation for mindful movement, with purpose, intelligence and intention.
