Since then, my credentials include: - Selected as the Pop Pilates Instructor for the month of September across the globe, INTERNATIONAL! - Master Trainer for BarreAbove - Featured in the Pop Pilates VIDEO for Season 15. - Featured on the news not once, but THREE times. - Marked and covered the Northwest Arkansas area which includes: Bentonville, Rogers, Springdale, Lowell, and Bella Vista. - Managed 2 studios within his first year while teaching over 100 classes a month. - Currently serves as the Community Relations & Fitness Manager at the Rogers Activity Center and Group Fitness Manager at the Jones Center while teaching at 6 different facilities across NWA. - Certified in Pop Pilates, Cycle, Yoga, BarreAbove, SUP, Coach by Color, and Pound. I enjoy time with family and friends and when I'm not teaching and training, I love to run!! My ultimate goal in life is to be a good wife, mother, friend, and leader. She works as a wastewater engineer at Water and Environmental Testing of NWA, the company she owns. In her spare time, She has been teaching and sharing her love for yoga for 4 years. She lives in Springdale with her husband Scott and daughter Roxanne.

After a serious accident, she worked with a Physical Therapist/Personal Trainer & bodybuilder which changed her perspective on health and wellness. Her attitude toward wellness and training is always focused on the long term goals of health, mobility, and happiness. Between personal training and program development, she spends time with her lovely family.

Stephna enjoys instructing all ages ranging from her grandchildren to age 82 (in her boot camp). She trains individuals (male, female) according to their goals and physical abilities. Whether the desired results are to maintain or lose weight, gain muscle mass, increase balance, functional movement, endurance or to reach the next level in a specific sports focus through conditioning, she will aide you on your journey to greater health. In her spare time, Stephna trains for triathlons and has completed several marathons and half marathons, and a half Ironman. She promotes and coaches a Paleolithic lifestyle. Optimal health through fitness, food, and mental focus.
