Additional Info: We are conveniently located at the intersection of Cumming Highway & East Cherokee Drive in Canton, GA. This is a smidge north of Milton and Alpharetta, GA, and a small hop to the west of Cumming, GA. The studio is in the Macedonia Kroger shopping center.

Business Hours: The yoga studio is open 7 days per week. Please refer to our class schedule for exact times. The front door is open approximately 15 minutes before class begins and we stay open approximately 15 minutes after class ends.

Marci Reynolds

Marci has been practicing yoga for more than 15 years. She attended her 200 hour teacher training at Johns Creek Yoga, in Johns Creek, GA and is progressing toward her 500 hour certification. She holds special certification in teaching Yin Yoga.. Marci describes her teaching style as positive and motivational with focus on alignment and sustainable movements. Her yoga music playlists mix traditional yoga music with pop, folk and soft rock. Marci is also the Studio Owner.

Priscilla is a former college athlete, has 8 years of physical therapy experience and is a certified Yoga, Group Fitness, and Classical Pilates instructor. She believes that movement is for everyone at all fitness levels, and she challenges each student to reach his or her best potential, while emphasizing how important it is to breathe correctly. Priscilla holds an impressive list of certifications. These include: Yoga Instructor RYT200 (YA), Pilates Instructor (Peak Pilates), Fascia Rolling (Yoga TuneUP), Corrective Exercise Coach (SCW), Aqua Exercise (SCW), Breath Training (Yoga TuneUP) and Art of Assist (YA).

Just like many of her students, Jana began practicing yoga to improve flexibility and relieve stress and anxiety. She combined that practice with her love of paddle boarding to help others experience yoga and stand-up paddleboarding’s incredible mind-body benefits, founding Hanalei SUP Yoga in 2015. She holds an E-RYT 200, E-RYT 500 hour certification with Yoga Alliance, a SUP Yoga Certification from Lazy Dog Paddle Yoga in Key West, Florida, and has a World Paddle Association Class II Instructor Certification. Jana is also a Certified aromatherapist and often incorporates sensory experiences with essential oils in her mat-based yoga classes.

Jane was born and raised in Manila, Philippines. Work stresses and a tight body from years of running and biking led her to practice yoga in 2012. What was meant to be her outlet to cope with stress, and a stretch class that kept her from sports injuries, eventually led to a new way of life of finding stillness, honoring her body, opening up, letting go, and self-healing. Jane has been teaching yoga for just over 2 years. She completed her 200 hour teacher training in 2017 at Ember Hot Yoga. She holds additional certifications in Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra Level 1. Her classes focus on alignment over depth to help you build a strong foundation in your asana practice and to help keep you injury free. Jane Ellen completed her Dorje 200 hour Teacher Training in March 2016 and has been teaching regularly since then. She found that yoga was the place where her body and spirit craved to be. Being on her mat enables her to focus on taking care of herself, which is exactly what she wants to help each of her students do.. both inside and outside. She believes it is so important to take time every day to listen to our heart, mind, and soul. Everyone is at a different place in their practice just like they are in life itself… Jane Ellen works to help each individual to progress in their practice at their own pace by offering modifications, encouragement, and patience. Jane Ellen completed her certification in Yoga Nidra level 1 earlier this year and she is currently pursuing certification in Tai Chi. Lauren Rice

Lauren Rice, RYT 200, is a Certified Yoga Instructor. She began practicing yoga during a difficult season of life primarily to manage stress and anxiety. The physical, mental and emotional benefits of yoga were undeniable and motivated her to complete yoga teacher training. Lauren is passionate about teaching students the physical practice of yoga while providing tools to eradicate mental blocks preventing them from living their best life. She truly cares for each student and it’s evident in her teaching. Lauren’s friendly demeanor enables students to feel comfortable and confident in their practice. Her classes are challenging yet fun and emphasize personal growth, body awareness, integration of physical and mental health and linking breath with movement.

Chris Lipinski
Chris Lipinski

Chris is a 500 hr Certified Yoga teacher, bringing a heart of the matter approach with clarity and insight into each class. His active practice started as a new years resolution Jan 3rd2012 in Myrtle Beach SC. After 2 years of practice, Chris found his love of yoga which led him into his 200 hr. teacher training in the Bhakti Vinyasa style. Chris has taught well over 500 classes ranging from Vinyasa Flow, Power, Yin, Restorative, Gentle and Hatha Specialty classes. In 2016 Chris received his 500 hr. Advanced Certification in Sedona AZ. Chris further supplemented his yogic education and practice becoming certified in Thai Yoga Bodywork (commonly known as Thai Massage) His personal perspective shares: “Teaching Yoga has brought me to the next level of my own practice by helping each student/participant to become fully enabled and empowered in their yoga practice and daily life. Thankfully, by helping others, I also improve.”

Angela brings 15 years of personal exploration, growth and experience to life in both her yoga and individualized healing artistry practices. She has been working in the avenues of health and wellness as a licensed acupuncturist since 2007. She began teaching and sharing her love for restorative-functional movement as a Yoga Alliance registered yoga instructor. She melds her knowledge of functional body structure, meridian theory and the energy of the human spirit in her work. She has continued her education through achieving her Master/Teacher status of the Usui Reiki lineage. She completed her Acupuncture-Detox Specialist (ADS) certification, registry with the National Acupuncture Detoxification Association (NADA), and her Fundamental Thai Bodywork Certification through the Coaching the Body Institute. She is passionate about the profound benefits of deep relaxation, which she has helped individuals achieve through the offering of guided meditation opportunities.

After starting yoga as a way to compliment her gym workouts and get ready for her upcoming wedding, Amy quickly learned it was so much more than a way to tone and exercise. She quickly fell in love with the practice and philosophy behind it. Amy originally signed up for her 200 hour teacher training as a way to dive deeper into her own practice and learnings, but became overwhelmed with the passion she has for teaching and helping others. As a 200 RYT, Amy loves challenging her students in a fun and healthy way and watching them grow both on and off the mat.

Katy McManus

Katy was a French teacher in public school for 25 years and recently retired. She is a RYT 200 hour yoga instructor and has been offering yoga classes to teachers and students for 5 years. Additionally, she is an ordained Metaphysical Christian Minister, Reiki Master and Priestess of the Order of Magdalena. She offers yoga instruction, Reiki sessions and attunements, chakra balancing, inner light therapy, energy readings and spiritual counselling. She is also available for ceremonies such as weddings and clearings and blessings for homes and work spaces.

Kristi has been teaching group fitness classes for many years. In July 2020, she completed her 200 hour yoga certification from Breathe Yoga in Cumming. She also has special certification in Silver Sneakers and Yoga Fit. Kristi also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Recreation and Wellness from the University of North Georgia. When she is not teaching, Kristi is a busy mom of two children and partners with her husband to run his construction business.

Jessica Kotter is a 200-hour Yoga Alliance certified teacher. She offers an authentic, non-judgement teaching style to every practice. After over 20 years practicing yoga, she began her teaching journey to bring the many benefits of yoga to others. Over the years she experienced how yoga can transform from the inside out. From teaching vigorous vinyasa flows to the steadiness of yin, Jessica brings awareness to linking alignment and breath, to body and mind. Each class is an invitation to learn and explore. Currently, Jessica is enrolled in getting her 300-hour certification and is always learning something new to share knowledge to each of her students.
