Gina Cozzone
Gina Cozzone

Gina is a certified Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga teacher (RYT 200), receiving her Certification from Power Yoga Works in PA. She was re-introduced to yoga in 2009, having previously studied in college. Instantaneously she recognized her desire to be further involved in the yoga life and profession. She loves the positivity and positive energy our PVT community stands for and brings into her life. Gina enjoys practicing in heated yoga classes as a way to release and relax the body. Gina is now a practitioner of Thai Yoga Stretch. She studied under the Director of the Thai Massage Institute-USA. And most recently, Gina has achieved her certification in Life Coaching from the Fowler Institute. She journeyed on this path as a way to help others to realize their goals, and see them to fruition. In her free time, Gina enjoys spending time with family and friends at the beach, concerts or hanging out with Rigatoni the PY bulldog mascot!

Debi Saldana
Debi Saldana

Debi wears many hats! She is a teacher and a mentor to many in her two careers in the foreign language industry and fitness. She splits her time between being a Spanish-English medical and legal certified interpreter and translator, interpreter trainer, a fitness instructor, and being a mom to her teenage son. She has always been a gym rat, but officially became a fitness instructor in 2012 and teaches various formats: Barre, Zumba, Functional Fitness, and Aquatics. She can sub kickboxing, vinyasa yoga, and pilates from years of practicing them all. But before she officially joined the fitness world, she was a professional ballerina that started taking ballet classes at age 3. Deb performed all over the world with dance companies, and taught ballet classes to all ages along the way. Dance - all kinds, is her passion, and she still regularly performs at festivals in various genres such as flamenco and belly dancing, and more recently in non-singing parts in operas along side her musical singing son. She focuses her fitness practice on teaching strength, mobility, balance and alignment, the base of all movement and flow, accompanied by a catchy playlist. A true student of trial and error, Debi likes to take the road less traveled, and is always learning and exploring. She herself is always taking fitness and dance classes from the pros, to challenge herself, keep growing, and bring back ideas and technique to her students. She can always be found, physically and mentally traveling, in the studio and in the "wild" with her water bottle, large coffee, emergency protein bars, and a smile. Her overall fitness mission is to inspire others to live their best lives and take care of themselves. Her mottos: Sound body, sound mind, and NEVER stop moving!
