The mentorship program is how we share our vision and approach while helping incoming stylists hone the technical aspects of our craft. The mentor and new talent provide services; your look becomes a product of our combined perspectives. We promote our team as a collaboration rather than a teacher-student model, as everyone delivering the service is a licensed professional. This duality approach keeps us at the forefront of hair design. It's a new spin on an apprenticeship program—a win-win for all. This program is a way for new talented stylists who have just entered their beauty career to understand the fundamentals not only of the services Propaganda provides but also of being a professional stylist. This dynamic of learning from both mentor and mentee allows for personal and professional growth within the program while having a much-needed helping hand in understanding how to navigate daily life in a salon. It’s as much about education as the support needed when starting a career. We also provide model services as an option for clients open to exploring new looks that allow the stylist's creativity to shine. We price these services as more affordable due to the end result being at the stylist's discretion.
