Colleen Neider, LMT, LPN, is a licensed massage therapist with 20 years of experience in the nursing field and during this time has also been a yoga and cycling instructor.

Dr. Lacey White, PT, DPT is a licensed physical therapist and specializes in pelvic rehabilitation. Lacey is formally trained in pelvic therapy through Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute to treat pelvic pain, incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, pregnancy, post abdominal and pelvic surgery recovery, bowel dysfunction, pudendal neuralgia, and other various pelvic conditions. She completed her B.S. in Exercise Physiology from Brigham Young University - Idaho. She received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from Idaho State University. Her graduate research focused on the impact of health education on overall physical fitness. She has worked in various settings including pelvic, inpatient, sports, neurological, aquatics, geriatrics, wound care, and pediatrics. She is currently a member of the American Physical Therapy Association, Section of Women's Health, and Utah Physical Therapy Association.
