She is a multi-certified personal trainer that specializes in many ares including the Pilates Reformer, Spin, Pilates Suspension Method, and Nutrition with more than 30 years of experience. Johanna Collins - Johanna is the newest member of the team but has been along for the journey since the beginning. As Catie's daughter, she has been in the fitness world since before she was born. Johanna is lovingly known as the "brains of the operation" and COO. She is the social media manager, event coordinator, and construction manager of the new space. Charlie - Charlie is our studio pup! We are convinced that most clients come to see her and love her more than the human team members. She is the official greeter and will quietly support you in your workout by sitting near you if she feels you need her!
