New Clients: get a fantastic deal on your first 6 Pilates Mixed Apparatus classes at the studio. If you are new to Pilates, or have done Pilates but are new to our studio and you are interested in starting with classes, this is the deal for you! Classes are limited to 6 students and include using the Studio Reformer, EXO Chair, Springboard, TRX trainers and many small props. All classes are designed for healthy individuals with no acute or chronic injuries or other issues. Private training is recommend for those with special needs.
