With over 20 years of experience as a massage therapist, physiotherapist and group exercise instructor, Shannon has developed a strong desire to assist people in becoming the best version of themselves through fitness, health and education. Shannon works with clients to design programs that enable them to achieve better overall health through injury recovery and prevention as well as diet and exercise. She feels energized by leading group exercise classes and encourages active participation at all levels and ages. Shannon is a devoted mother of two and loves everything that has to do with food and a healthy lifestyle. She looks forward to sharing her passion, knowledge and experience to motivate and inspire others.
