I am Anaís! I help mothers transform their lives and return to their sacred beauty through doula care services, self expression and dance, and connecting to Pachamama. Find community, and the mama tribe our heart craves through empowerment, connection and authenticity. ​ ​As a mother of 4 children (ages 2, 5, 7 and 10), I understand first-hand the importance of having peace in spirit, body and mind, while still being true to yourself as a wombyn and mother.
