Parenting and Birth Education 

After the birth of my first child I realized how incomplete typical education for new parents is. I decided to change that. I have taught classes to thousands of students on to have a great, personalized birth and learn the techniques to reduce pain, fear and pervasive non evidence based practices. Prior to this I worked in several positions at Harvard University with the student and adult population on issues of health and wellness. My passion is to bring the best, evidence based information to all in order to make informed choices and reduce risks/injury for you and your family! I have a Master's degree from Boston University in Health Education, and Childbirth and Breastfeeding Counselor Certification and training from Boston Association of Childbirth Educators (BACE) and Health Coach training from WellCoach. My Certification involves yearly course work, continuing education and experiential training . I'd love to help you achieve your dreams!
