Jay B. Brown has been cutting hair since he was fourteen years old. As a teenager in Philadelphia, he taught himself to cut using his nephews’ heads as practice. He would later hone his skills as the go-to barber for his shipmates while serving in the US Navy IYAOYAS. Now a retired navy veteran, Jay B. continues to provide superior barbering services to soldiers and civilians alike. Specializing in anti-aging techniques for men, he provides additional services including hair coloring, Bigen™, eyebrow sculpting, razor shaving, facials and custom cuts. Jay B also has experience with designs and can replicate almost any haircut.

I'm Ray, born and raised in Milwaukee, WI. I moved to San Diego when I was 19 and joined the military. Served in the Marine Corps for 8 years and that's when I started cutting hair. I started off cutting my own hair to save money, but when I deployed to Afghanistan we had to get haircuts so I was cutting other people's hair too. I really started to find joy and a found a passion for it out there. When I got out of the military, I went straight to barber school and haven't looked back since then.

Searight is a charismatic barber, who brings that southern hospitality from Biloxi, MS ( a.k.a The Third Coast) His journey began several years ago where he attended Associated Barber College better know as A.B.C. As a licensed barber, he is skillful and specialized in hairstyles such as bald fades, slick backs, fades, tapers, comb overs, razor bald, as well as, bread shape ups and/or trims. Meet Shay, our dual-licensed female barber/stylist. Born and raised in San Diego, Shay studied at The Paul Mitchell School San Diego, where she excelled tremendously and decided to further her expertise by going to barber school. Her main specialties include shear work and taper fades on straight to wavy hair, from short to long. Shay strives for perfection and is known for her bubbly personality and attention to detail. With over a decade in the game, she remains humble and recognizes that there's always room for growth, which sets her apart from the rest.
