Alisa Lewis
Alisa Lewis

Alisa completed her 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training at Feel Good Yoga and Pilates in 2013. She has been teaching ever since, and is currently in the process of completing her 500-Hour Advanced Therapeutic Yoga Training with Ajna Yoga. Alisa’s teaching style is gentle and introspective. Her classes offer space to explore the interconnectedness of body, mind, and breath. The use of props is encouraged, and modifications are offered to those experiencing limited mobility. Her foremost goal is to share the practice in a way that is accessible to all: to meet people where they are, as they are.

Sarah Frumento
Sarah Frumento

Sarah was first introduced to yoga in 2002, however, her appreciation for yoga really took hold in 2011 after realizing how it benefitted so many areas of her life (pain management, stress, anxiety, and developing a greater sense of self-awareness). She starting teaching yoga shortly after completing her 240-hour training at Ajna Yoga College in 2018. She chose this program because of their reputation in the community for delivering high-quality, therapeutic yoga. You can expect her classes to be gentle in nature with an emphasis on breath, mind-body connection, and alignment cues, to move in and out of poses safely. She believes strongly in “your body, your practice” and always encourages students to listen to their bodies during class and modify as needed. She hopes to not only share the practice of yoga with others but to do so in a way that her students can maintain and build strength in their bodies and minds, enabling them to enjoy both yoga and life in general for many years to

Bhumika Devi
Bhumika Devi

Bhumika studied Ayurveda and yoga philosophy in rural India for 4 years. During her stay, she also traveled throughout the country, immersing herself in Indian culture while journeying to different holy sites, absorbing their unique approach to understanding the universal question: What is our purpose in life? Her passion lies in sharing the tenants of Ayurveda and Yogic philosophy with her students and clients to help them bring harmony in their lives. Her approach can be summarized as follows: Yoga is the integration of ontology, epistemology and ethics. Ontology is the philosophy of Being; Epistemology is How you know; Ethics is the Way you act when you know. These three are roughly transposed into Satcitānanda. Sat is Iccha (your will), Cit is Jnana (your mind or consciousness), and Ananda is Kriya (your OWN blissful deeds). Philosophy in practice to uplift ourselves. Shivamstu.
