Rose's yoga journey was ignited in 2014 culminating in a desire to deepen her own practice and inspire others by attending a 200 Hour intensive Yoga Teacher Training in Mexico. Rose shares that there are a few things she's learned over the years: that an open mind is just as good as a road map, that life is better with a generous spirit, and that yoga is always in style! You are invited to practice yoga in a manner that honors your own personal well being. Rose has owned Nevaeh Day Spa since 2006 sharing her passion and knowledge in the spa industry as an educator and mentor.
