Nicole graduated from Sarasota School of Massage Therapy in 2004 and has been practicing ever since. She specializes in deep tissue, Swedish, neuromuscular, pregnancy and reflexology. Welcome to the Co-Op.

Tony graduated with his Masters in Athletic Training in 2014 and has been practicing bodywork for over 6 years. He specializes in integrative work with a focus on rehabilitation and recovery. He has a passion for helping athletes and clients alike gain mobility, reduce pain and brings expertise and additional training in strength and conditioning to help clients achieve their bodywork goals. Tony is the co-owner of Southern Maine Massage & Wellness and he welcomes you to the practice.

Nick specializes in the neuromuscular practices and focuses primarily on deep tissue modalities as well as relaxation. Nick has extensive knowledge of Anatomy and Physiology and welcomes you.

Shannon has been working in bodywork since 2017 and has a deep passion for helping people feel their best. She specializes in deep work with a perfect blend of craniosacral and neuromuscular techniques. Shannon loves seeing the progress in her clients and is excited to start you on your self care journey.

Jake is a licensed massage therapist who specializes in deep tissue. Jake is trained in deep tissue, Swedish, foot reflexology, trigger work and focus work. Jake believes that like a car, the human body is also a vehicle, where we need to maintain the health of your vehicle, mind and spirit. Jake works with every client that comes into his space to create a custom and individualized session. Jake takes care and pride in his work as a therapist and looks forward to helping you feel better.

Nicole graduated from SpaTech Institute in 2009 and has been a licensed massage therapist for 9 years and a polarity therapist for 10 years. Nicole takes an integrative, comprehensive approach to bodywork and leaves clients with a full sense of well-being.

Adrianna isa licensed massage therapist that has been in practice and developed a passion for myofacial and deep tissue through a conscious touch. Using a wide spectrum of manual therapy and relaxation techniques she looks forward to working with you.

Jannine has been a Licensed Massaged Therapist for over ten years and is extremely passionate about this career, and finds it extremely rewarding to educate clients on body awareness. She specializes in Deep Tissue Techniques as well as joint mobility and aromatherapy offering an incredible session in Rain Drop Therapy. She is currently studying herbalism thru an online program and hopes to integrate it into her future sessions.

Mary specializes in Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular and Prenatal Massage. She has been a licensed massage therapist for 18 years, with additional advanced certification in pediatrics as well as her Bachelors Degree in Human Biology and Health Sciences from USM in Portland. She is also a DONA/CAPPA trained doula offering labor and delivery support, as well as postpartum support.

Ashley is a passionate aesthetician who has two goals: give love and give confidence. We are all better humans when we're happy and if she can help you to be happy and confident in your own skin, her life is fulfilled. Your skin is as unique as you are and Ashley is up to the challenge of giving you a personalized experience that will leave you feeling truly cared for and heard. Ashley is additionally certified to work with Oncology patients, as well as Multi-Cultural skin.

Cara has been a licensed aesthetician for over 8 years and has a passion for helping people with all of the skin care needs. Specializing in customized facials, Cara is well versed in the diversity of skin and is ready to help you relax and rejuvenate.

Harmony would like to welcome you to Southern Maine Massage & Wellness. She specializes in custom esthetics and the art of relaxation. As a teacher at the Aveda Institute, Harmony has a passion for helping people reach their skincare goals and looks forward to working with you.

Erin has been a licensed Esthetician for 12 years and has a great love for her industry. She specializes in organic and natural facials and loves anti-aging and acne treatments. She welcomes you to Southern Maine Massage & Wellness.

Mary has a wonderful passion for skincare and helping clients find the perfect balance for younger, healthier skin. Specializing in mature skin and treatments customized to decrease signs of aging and sun damage. "Beauty begins the moment you decide to love yourself."
