Bri completed her 200h RYT on Nov 1, 2023 from the Yoga Bali Breeze school under the direction of Julie Varin. She is certified in Hatha and Vinyasa. Bri is passionate about finding fitness that feels good for your body and finding relief to daily aches and pains. Her classes will primarily be Hatha Flow to bring a mix of traditional yoga into the Vinyasa flows.
As a former dancer, fitness has allowed Shawn to stay connected to her roots while inspiring others to find a love for their physical health. Shawn taught aerobics in the late 80’s/early 90’s while also completing a Personal Trainer certification program. Since then ,she’s obtained certifications in Pilates, Barre, Yoga, Zumba, Life Coaching, Vegan Nutrition, Meditation, Breathwork, Reiki, EFT, Sound Healing and Health & Wellness. Shawn’s goal is to connect, inspire and motivate her students to find the best version of themselves. Her motto is, “Health is Wealth.” She’s passionate about living holistically and eating clean (26 years organic, 10 years vegetarian and 4 years vegan). When not working, Shawn enjoys spending time with her family and pets, hiking, reading and relaxing at the beach.
