Throughout her higher education Christina knew she wanted to help people in a way that impacted their lives for the better, whether that was via her music, athletics, or as she does now through her work as a massage therapist. Her background in music and athletics help her better understand mental and physical connections to our bodies and allow her to root out pain to the paths of healing for her clients. Christina's deep tissue massage techniques, as well as her trigger point therapy, and sports recovery and injury work enable her to help her clients with long-term personal wellness. Her work is highly tuned to her clients' needs and paths for recovery. Christina's focus and attention on comfort and healing helps her clients know that the massages given in her care are bringing health and wellness to their lives. Christina has been a massage therapist for over 11 years. She is currently licensed and insured in Arizona, but previously practiced in Virginia and Utah while residing in those locations.
