Anh took an interest in Yoga about 10 years ago, and has been a keen Ashtanga practitioner for the last 5 years. She completed her 280hr Teacher Training in 2016, with training in Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin/Restorative and Kids-Prenatal Yoga. With a strong background in anatomy and physiology as a researcher in musculoskeletal science, Anh is committed to helping others use yoga to improve their physical and mental health. She believes yoga is a personal journey, and she is honoured to walk with others in their path to holistic wellness. She enthusiastically promotes a well balance yoga experience through a harmonious connection between physical movement and mindful breathing techniques. Meet Ashley Noonan, a passionate yoga teacher who also works in the education system as a school teacher. Ashley fell in love with yoga just over 3 years ago, and she knew she needed to spread the beautiful practice through teaching. Ashley has an Honours Bachelor of Physical Education as well as a Bachelor of Education from the University of Toronto which provided her with the formal education to understand the body, alignment and injury prevention/healing. She completed her 200 hour Y.T.T from Power Yoga Canada in 2018 and continues to take professional learning courses to deepen her understanding of yoga. In Ashley’s spare time you will find her playing ice hockey, soccer, hiking and traveling.
Karen is a Human Service Worker/Yogi/Child Mindfulness Educator who is an empathic and an intuitive person. She is experienced with diverse groups of children in the education system and has worked closely with children with physical and intellectual disabilities. She also enjoys helping people and reaching their full potential, especially through teaching yoga and meditation. Karen is a yoga teacher specializing in Kundalini, Hatha , Yin, Restorative and Children’s yoga and meditation. Karen has studied at the Transformational Arts College and has taken the Discovering the Total Self Program and has completed her Reiki Masters training. Karen has also completed her Sound Therapy Training with the Institute of Traditional Medicine . She also encourages people to try yoga to begin to discover who they really are, challenge your mind to grow and stretch your thinking. A true yogi at heart!
