Lauren is our newest Moods Girl, joining our team in November of 2022! Lauren is a recent graduate of La James College in Cedar Rapids, and is looking forward to start taking new clients! Lauren specializes in color and haircutting services and loves highlighting and blonding services.

Alexandra is an Advanced Stylist. Originally from the Iowa City area, Alexandra has been doing hair for the last 8 years and spending 2 of those years in Scottsdale Arizona. That's where she found a love of working with blondes and balyage.

Amber comes to you with over 11 years experience. Her custom coloring techniques include everything from highlights to glazes, painting and balayage. Amber loves to create natural looking and lived in hair. She also offers Hand tied extensions, Brazilian Blowouts and Olaplex.

Ashley has over 14 years of experience behind the chair! Ashley Specializes in color with advanced training in Balayage techniques, Foiliage, highlights, Brazilian Blowouts, color glazing and French cutting. Ashley is committed to making you feel loved, and beautiful when leaving her chair. Master Stylist. Trained at the Aveda Institute in Minneapolis, Piper has 19 years of Experience in the industry. She has advanced training in Haircutting and Coloring services. Keeping up on the latest trends in hair are a passion for her. Piper enjoys creating a lived in look that clients can recreate outside of the salon. She specializes in Special Event hair, updo’s, and Bridal hair. She looks forward to creating a look you adore!

Starting her training in a high end salon in metropolitan St. Louis, her passion for continuing education has led her to become a certified colorist for L'Oréal Professional. Anna also specializes in women’s hair shaping, Keratin smoothing treatments, and hand-tied extensions.

McKenna, born and raised in Cedar Rapids, attended the Aveda Institute in Des Moines in 2014 and has been behind the chair ever since. After doing hair in Iowa City for 5 years, she moved back to CR to raise here family. McKenna specializes in lived in, low maintenance blondes and natural sun-kissed balayage, both blonde and brunette. She is a Halo Couture extensions distributor as well! Dani specializes in lived-in color, but also loves a good bright blonde. Dani is also proud to be certified in Invisible Bead Extensions™, but is no longer taking new extension clients. Leslie comes to the Moods team with nearly 20 + years of experience in the salon. She specializes in cutting and also loves creating natural looking color, color melts, and sun kissed highlights to compliment her haircuts. She is inspired by design, photography, nature, and the team she works with and loves a good before and after. "If I am not in the salon creating, my whole world just feels off balance." Leslie's number one goal is to listen and communicate with her clients to give them amazing hair and to build long lasting relationships.
