I have been a Registered Massage Therapist since 2009. My techniques are deep yet relaxing. Each time you visit will be a unique experience based on your needs and pain threshold that day. In school and from experience, I learned that relaxation causes pain relief and invites the body to heal through the autonomic nervous system response. Therefore my style is more sedative than invigorating, unless you are headed to a competition that day. Some of my studies include Osteopathic Techniques, Craniosacral Therapy, Visceral Manipulation, Myofascial Release, Swedish Massage, Applied Somatics, Yoga, Personal Training and breathwork for relaxation. My clients are often needing support with chronic pain management, exceedingly stressful lives or sports injuries. My education is more than adequate to support you wherever you're at.
