I am certified in prenatal massage, heated stone massage, Reiki III, and am in the process of becoming certified in Orthopedic Massage with James Waslaski. Orthopedic Massage is a pain-free and gentle approach which focuses on assessment of muscular imbalance between shortened tight muscles, as well as lengthened, taut, and weakened muscles. Imbalance between those opposing forces creates patterns of pain and dysfunction in the body.
