Pamela Knight (FHPD, Certified Yoga Teacher, Certified Pilates Instructor, Reiki Master) is a Master Pilates Instructor with Balanced Body Pilates and the Founder of the Mindful Life Studio (2002).
Chrissy Chard is an Associate Instructor of the Mindful Life Studio. Her love of Fitness includes Pilates, Yoga, Kickboxing, In-line skating and Paddle Boarding. We are excited to have Chrissy join us in offering Private Pilates Treatments through our Active based Physiotherapy Program and our Regular Pilates Program. If you require evening or weekend appointments, Chrissy is ready to be of service and help you attain your goals.
I discovered Mindful Life Studios in 2008 with my first Reformer Pilates class under the mastery teaching of Pamela Knight. I fell in love instantly with the possibility of Pilates to transform your body through movement. With 15 years experience of practicing Pilates, teaching and helping people of what I have learned through Pamela Knight is a natural and joyful expression.
