I have developed a passion for helping people with their life’s path. Rapport building and understanding go a long way; whether it’s relationship, self discovery, career/education consultation... people gravitate to me. Born & raised in one of the most diverse cities in the world, San Francisco, I have a unique ability to read and understand people. From an Executive in the Tech Industry to the Level Four Inmate in Prison for life without parole; I see the uniqueness of each individual and genuinely want people to thrive and succeed.Working inside the prison system, helping inmates to understand their weaknesses & drawing on their strengths was life changing. Providing a positive experience in such a negative place, fostered a greater understanding of self. Providing support to the loved ones of the incarcerated became natural because as a clinician, I have the ability provide the perspective of the incarcerated individual. Why am I the one to choose as your coach? I have my PsyD in Clinical Forensic Psychology. My training has consisted of over a decade in law enforcement, over five years of clinical training and mentorship with community mental health, juvenile justice, county probation, and the state prison system. I am well-versed in diagnosis, individual counseling, group counseling, and diverse approaches to counseling. I make sure to stay up to date and continuously attend trainings and seminars that touch on issues surrounding social justice, racism, sexism and gender inequality. In the spirit of promoting self-care, I also founded Milk & Honey Candles which is where I use my creative expression to craft & curate aromatherapy candles & bath salts. The brand is personal to me because it has grown exponentially from nothing to orders being shipped all over the United States.
