Julia Bryer
Julia Bryer

Julia Ananda Bryer weaves together restorative yoga asana, gentle breathwork, meditation, and energy healing visualization to return her students to a state of deep relaxation and ANANDA. Joy, happiness, bliss. Julia’s soul sang within her very first moments of learning about the body, mind, and spirit connection in yoga teacher training! She knew immediately and intuitively that this work is her true service in the world. Then, while teaching yoga, warm healing energy began to flow through her hands in compassion for her students. This beautiful feeling intrigued her and led her to the art of energy healing. Julia sees the beauty and truth in each person and has deep compassion for their experiences and their current way of walking through the world. Julia loves deeply and joyfully, and her students and clients benefit from this love and her integrity of spirit. She believes that her own vibration is an important way in which she affects others and supports their healing and growth. Therefore, she practices daily to keep her vibration flowing with Divine light and love, beauty, and grace. Julia studied yoga teacher training and yoga therapy under the tutelage of Swamini Ma Shakti Devi at the Purna Yoga ashram in Salt Lake City. She continued her studies at the Inbody Yoga Academy as a 300-hour certified, Advanced Yoga and Yoga Therapy teacher. Julia is an energy healer and an instructor of the One Light Healing Touch modality. Julia’s depth and breadth of knowledge come from her years of studying directly with the creator of the One Light Healing Touch Energy Healing & Mystery School, and from her decade of practicing Bhakti yoga.

Jo Tholstrom

Jo’s love of yoga was ignited when she discovered true yoga is not about poses or postures—rather learning more about “the self.” Jo witnessed healing through the power of breath and movement—like medicine, as she was wading through a time in her life when she had to rebuild. Breath with movement brought her to the power of the present moment. She discovered when she was on the mat she couldn’t stray too far into the uncertainties of the future. This self-discovery and love for the yoga practice pushed her to share this light with others. Jo uses movement as a tool to witness and release trapped emotions in the body as well as witnessing conversations in the mind. Jo is drawn to share the healing she has experienced with others, using movement as medicine. Each class is an invitation for you to see yourself. Jo is medicine for mind body and soul; the whole of you. She provides a safe space to be vulnerable, authentic, messy, connected (however you show up on your mat). Her joyful wild
