I am happy to have a new space in Stonehurst to welcome you to! I offer Acupuncture and CranioSacral and whatever other bits of magical come into our time together. I have been practicing as a massage therapist for 23 years however narrowed down to Acupuncture only to be kinder to my body after so many years. Your time with me will include space to help us discover how I can best help you feel more connected, body, soul & mind. My focus is overall wellbeing with a consciousness component. I am a strong believer that our bodies have a long story to share and have kept us moving and safe for many years. The more we can invite movement within the fluid we feel on all levels. I offer small group meditation and acupuncture sessions at our cottage just next door, when available you will find these under the workshop/classes section.
